AdTactics — Privacy Policy

AdTactics (adtactics.io) is a Google Ads management platform operated by Elite Vision Consulting Group (شركة نظرة النخبة), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Unified CR 7037357519). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Contact: mohd@ev-cg.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, business name, and city, provided when you register.
• Business & campaign data — your website URL, advertising goals, budgets, keywords, and ad content created or managed through the platform.
• Payment records — wallet deposits and invoices. Card details are processed by our licensed payment provider (Moyasar) and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage data — log and device information used to secure and improve the service.

Google user data (Google Ads API)

AdTactics uses the Google Ads API to create, manage, and report on Google Ads campaigns on behalf of our clients, under their explicit authorization. Specifically:

• We access Google Ads account data (campaigns, keywords, budgets, and performance metrics) of accounts that clients connect to, or that are managed under, our Google Ads manager account.
• This data is used solely to provide the campaign management, optimization, and reporting features of AdTactics. It is never sold, never used for advertising unrelated to the client's own campaigns, and never used to train generalized machine-learning models.
• AdTactics' access, use, and transfer of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• You may revoke AdTactics' access at any time via your Google account permissions or by unlinking your Google Ads account from our manager account.

How we use your information

• To create and manage the Google Ads campaigns you request.
• To process wallet deposits, calculate platform fees, and issue tax invoices compliant with ZATCA (Saudi e-invoicing) regulations.
• To provide performance dashboards, reports, and customer support.
• To meet legal obligations, including the 6-year retention of tax invoices required by Saudi regulations.

Data storage and sharing

Data is stored with trusted cloud processors under encryption in transit and at rest. We share data only with: Google (to operate your campaigns), Moyasar (to process payments), and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights (PDPL)

• Access — request a full export of your personal data.
• Correction — update inaccurate information from your account settings.
• Erasure — request deletion of your account; personal data is anonymized while records we must legally retain (tax invoices, financial transactions) are preserved for the statutory period.
• Withdrawal of consent — adjust analytics/marketing consent at any time from the consent settings in the app.
